Homemade Starbucks Doubleshots


12 to 16oz Shaker Bottle

Fill 60% with Ice Cubes 

Add 1 Scoop Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme Protein Powder

Fill the rest of the way with Starbucks Coffee

Shake Vigorously and Enjoy


Rosemary Pasta


8ozs of sliced chicken pieces fried or broiled

4 to 6 oz's of Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary Seeds

5 Shakes of Ground Oregano

2 to 3 Tablespoons of Honey

1/2 cup of granulated sugar

I/2 Cup of Flour

Pour Worcestershire sauce to coat the bottom of an 8" sauce pan add just a little more 

Spoon Honey into Pan

Heat on 3 for 5 minutes

Sprinkle Rosemary evenly thoughout the pan

Shake Oregano evenly throughout the Pan

Add Chicken Pieces 

Stir and Cook on 4 for 10 minutes

Heat for another 20 minutes on 3 stirring often

Add 1/2 Scoop of Flour stir until it is a pastey consistency

Heat 5 more minutes

Add three oz's of water stir and serve over cooked Angel Hair pasta

For the pasta add 1/2 cup of sugar to the boiling water then add pasta 

Ken's Signature Burger



1/4 lb hamburger

Season all to cover the top of the burger

Garlic powder to cover the burger

Crushed red pepper to cover the burger

2 to 3 oz's Worcestershire Sauce 

Microwave Safe cereal bowl

Defrost burger for 2 minutes in microwave

Tenderize burger by using a kitchen fork to 

Poke appoxiamately 50 holes to a depth of 3/4 the burgers height Take care not to poke the fork all of the way through the burger 

Place burger in center of Bowl

With tenderizer marks visible liberally spill the worcestershire sauce over the burger and into the bowl to a depth of Halfway up the burgers height

Microve on high in 1100 or 700 watt microwave for 100 seconds let cool and eat with kitchen fork
