Who gets V2K

People who hear V2K are considered "Targeted" for it. There is a database of our natural frequencies provided to state and local authorities that gives each person a unique number for "your" natural frequency that the authorities gather or measure with a natural frequency meter (EMF) . Then they broadcast over police fire and other radios and means. It allows them to speak into just your head. ("Voice-2-Skull") The range should be around 4Hz to just below 20Hz.
