My Opinion is if you are an American Citizen, the systematic structure of our Government functions best liberally. Liberal changing, accepting change, changing things.

 The amendment process allows us to change the very tenets of our goverment. Natures is in constant flux, with mutations everywhere. We all exist in the physical world, the natural world. We are biological and are always changing as does our environment. If we apply or accept a conservative or static philosophy, natural selction will simply eliminate us from existence. If you are conservative, you and your line will perish. It's your choice live or die.
